Schagrin Associates is pleased to announce the addition of Nicholas Czajkowski to the firm. Nick joins our team after more than two decades working at the United States Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration as a trade analyst.
While at Commerce, Mr. Czajkowski conducted numerous investigations, administrative reviews, and new shipper reviews to remedy unfairly dumped and/or subsidized imports, and determined the appropriate duties to offset these unfair trade practices. During this time, Nick’s work emphasized the enforcement of countervailing duty laws in particular. Mr. Czajkowski’s case work ranged across a numerous industries facing unfair competition, including softwood lumber, steel products, tires, and foodstuffs.
