Acting on a petition filed by Schagrin Associates on behalf of Le Sueur, Minnesota quartz slab producer Cambria Company, the U.S. Department of Commerce on Wednesday published its final calculation of anti-dumping and anti-subsidy tariffs on imported quartz slab from China. The DOC found that Chinese imports are being dumped and subsidized at a rate of between 265.81% and 336.69%.

The U.S. International Trade Commission is expected to issue its final determination regarding whether the domestic industry is materially injured by these imports on June 11. An affirmative determination will result in orders to Customs to collect duties at the rate calculated by the DOC.
